Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while orders to Canada may take 5–10 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

It is important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GOODS™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@goodshealth.com. For damaged items, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
